Jeff Youngblood
Jeff Youngblood is a retired World History teacher with a deep passion for ancient civilizations—especially Roman history and Biblical archaeology. His journey into the historical roots of the Old Testament began during his time teaching adult Bible study classes. Jeff noticed his students struggled to grasp the sequence of Biblical events, so he introduced a timeline-based approach to help clarify the past. That approach proved so effective it evolved into a book.
Now living in East Texas with his wife and two demanding cats, Jeff devotes his time to archaeology, gardening, and landscape painting. His enthusiasm for research and education is the driving force behind Timeline of the Israelites, a layman’s guide that makes archaeological evidence accessible to readers of all backgrounds.

Jeff’s approach is grounded in the belief that “good history can never be the enemy of proper faith.” By blending scholarship with clarity, he empowers readers to question, research, and draw their own informed conclusions about one of the most influential texts in human history.
